Paul Serin--Freestyle / Big Air

Paul SerinFreestyle / Big Air

My dad thaught me how to kite when I was 11 years old, it becomes an addiction really quickly and it’s now my life. My first competition was in 2010 at the European junior Cup where I end up first. After that I was really focusing on competition and I’ve  always wanted to be part of the top riders in the world.

I’m now 6th after this first stop in Egypt and 2 times French Champion.

Looking forward for the next stop of the season ;)

Stefan Spiessberger--Freestyle

Stefan SpiessbergerFreestyle

Stefan Spiessberger is one of the best kitesurfers in Austria. The beginning of his passion started at his homespot lake Traunsee in Austria."When I bought my first Kite, I was still going to school and didn't have a car or a driving license. My enthusiasm for the sport was so big that I went to the spot by bike - every day in summer, with all my gear on my back!"

After spending 2 years on his homespot in Austria, Stefan decided to spend 4 months in Egypt/El Gouna to improve his level and riding skills. One year later he already became Austrian Champion in Freestyle in 2009. In the meantime Stefan joined the national team of the biggest kitesurfing brand on the market - North Kiteboarding. One season later he jumped up to the North Kiteboarding International Team.

"Joining the International Team of NKB was one of my dreams from the beginning on. At this point I started to realize, the life i was dreaming of, the life as a professional athlete, was finally coming true."

In 2010 and 2011 Stefan competed in the Kitesurftour Europe (European Championchip) and placed himself imediatelly in the Top 5 of europeans Kitesurfers. In 2011 he ended up 5th in the overall ranking of the Kitesurftour Europe and showed some good performaces on several events of the Worldtour.

Since that time, Stefan is placing himself with consistent Top 10 results on the Worldtour under the Top Riders not only in Competition but also shows his passion for the sport in frequent video parts that he puts out on the web!

Aaron Hadlow--Freestyle / Big Air

Aaron HadlowFreestyle / Big Air

Kitesurfing is all about sun-kissed beaches in tropical locations, right? Not if you are a kid from the UK it isn't! Which is why Aaron Hadlow's almost complete domination of the sport is so amazing. Aaron’s first kiting encounter was at age 10, spurred on by his father’s participation in the fledgling sport. Despite the unlikely training ground of England’s south coast, Aaron quickly mastered the skills he needed to compete at the highest level.

Honing those skills with winters spent in South Africa, he’s since taken an astonishing five world titles and continues to set the bar for his competitors with a repertoire of tricks that defines the word ‘encyclopedic’. Aaron has always been sports-mad. He was into football as a child but was fascinated by the possibilities available from the relatively new sport of kitesurfing. His motivation stems from his thirst to learn. After three years of riding from the age of 14, Aaron found himself competing with the best in the business. He won the championship in 2004 aged just 17. He knew to stay at the top he had to continue to innovate and learn new tricks that no one else knew how to do. This kept him at the top for five years on the trot.

After being on tour for seven years, Aaron decided to take some time out to build his brand, image and fan base by releasing videos and doing demos to inspire others to get involved in the sport. After the release of his Aspire film - a collaboration with Andy Gordon - Aaron made a return to competition, once again finding himself on the podium.
